Highlights of the Protecting the Critical Infrastructure Issues and Solutions Symposium November 9, 1999 Marriott Fairview Park 3111 Fairview Park Drive Falls Church, VA  22402 Hosted by the General Services Administration Federal Technology Service, Office of Information Security The "Protecting the Critical Infrastructure Symposium" was held November the 9th and played host to approximately 500 attendees from Federal Government, the U.S. Military, private industry and academia. The event focused on protection of the critical infrastructure and encouraged a collaborative effort to deal quickly and effectively with the evolving threat to technology resources, information and the U.S. way of life.
