10. A person who helps stop espionage is eligible for a reward of up to $500,000. This is authorized by an amendment to Title 18, U.S.C., Section 3071, which authorizes the Attorney General to make payment for information on espionage activity in any country which leads to the arrest and conviction of any person(s):
