Of all the forms of information warfare we have addressed,
cyberwarfare is the broadest of all. Cyberwarfare is the
use of information systems against the virtual personas
of individuals or groups (Libicki, 1995).
The web is full of articles, studies, and real world examples,
as well as opportunities to purchase books from a wide variety
